Russ Read and Julie Bousquetare moving to Picton in March. Russ intends to come across to Wellington at regular intervals to give paragliding instruction!
Kris hosted two French paraglider pilots, Lolo and Bruno, in late December. They went flying at Paekakariki on 28 December, then Lolo and Bruno went flying at Dalefield the next day with several other club members. In early January they Kris Lolo and Bruno rendezvoused in Wanaka for the Wanaka Paragliding Festival. (More photos of Lolo and Bruno's trip around New Zealand.)
Kris managed to have three x-c flights while at Wanaka: 14, 19 and 28 km.
Myles Garmosway has just moved to Cromwell with his partner - he attended the Wanaka Paragliding Festival and took part in the Fun Competition. He won one of the day prizes for best flight - congratulations!
