PAEKAKARIKI
Further progress on a suggested improvement to Paekakariki northerly takeoff.
Enquiry's by Kris has established ownership of the ridge below the lookout as Transrail Corporation.
Kapiti Coast District Council are okay regarding access as long as fare-paying passengers aren't involved. (Commercial operators would need ot obtain a resource consent). Recreational operations are okay as long as there are no more than 40 car movements per day.
Kris is contacting John Walton for help with drafting a letter to free them of all liability in the event of an accident.

General agreement that the format used by Kris was very suitable. Format to continue.
FUNCTION
Suggestion that we try some sort of a get together early February or late March. Barbecue, or something similar, flying or not. Kaitoke reserve perhaps, goal from Climie ??
CHRISTMAS GIFTS TO LANDOWNERS
